I was thinking of maybe doing a pot luck picnic type of reunion to save on cost. Each individual
family bring a dish. The invitations will specify if the dish you need to bring will be a meat, side, bread or dessert. Each
family bring their own drinks. Everyone can bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to sit on for the picnic. There will
be activities for everyone. Examples: sack race, wheel barrel race, coloring contest, water balloon toss, volleyball, etc.
If you have any more ideas on games or contest, again please let me know. If we can get enough money collected we can get
awards for the contest to give out at the end of the reunion. Well, anyway, you get the idea. This letter will be mailed only
to some of you because of the lack of addresses. So when you get this letter, please make copies and pass it out to the rest
of your family and anyone you know who doesn’t have a copy. Please write, email or call me to give me your opinion and
volunteers. I will be looking forward to hearing from each and everyone of you hopefully within the next couple of weeks.

yea, the possible dates for the reunion is September 2nd 2006 (labor day weekend) or May 26th 2007 (memorial day weekend).
Please vote to decide what weekend would be better to plan this and vote if we want to make this a 1 or 2 day reunion. Please
